A Journey from Busser to General Manager
Scott’s journey in the restaurant industry began 23 years ago, not as a career path, but out of necessity while in college. What started as a flexible job quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, he worked his way up from busser to leadership roles, developing a deep appreciation for the many moving parts that make a restaurant successful.
"I started working in the restaurant industry 23 years ago out of necessity during college. I enjoyed the flexibility and the opportunity to learn and grow in many areas within the industry. I started as a busser and now I'm the General Manager of Preserve."
Since August 2021, Scott has been an integral part of Preserve, bringing his wealth of experience, leadership, and dedication to excellence every day.
Passion for Hospitality & Inspiration
For Scott, one of his greatest inspirations isn’t an industry icon—it’s his son.

A Taste for the Best
When it comes to food, Scott admits it’s hard to pick just one favorite cuisine—he loves a mix of Mexican, Thai, Italian, and more. His go-to dish? A comforting Risotto, best paired with his favorite drink, a Cran Apple Spritz.
And if he could travel anywhere? The Galápagos Islands are at the top of his list, a destination as vibrant and unique as the restaurant he helps lead.
